Pizza Roll-Ups

These quick & easy Pizza Roll-Ups are just that! QUICK & EASY! Filled with my delicious Italian-Style Tofu, and rolled up in some crescent rolls, these are always a crowd pleaser! Even my toddler loves them!

I came up with this idea simply because I love pizza and I love pizza rolls, however I haven’t quite found any vegan version I like. These are much fluffier than pizza rolls, but they definitely hit the spot when I’m craving them!

First I make a small batch of my Italian-Style Tofu, then I roll out the dough on a baking sheet. Fill the larger side of the dough with about a teaspoon of the tofu mixture, and top with a bit of vegan mozzarella cheese. If you want, you can also top the crescent roll with some cheese to add extra deliciousness! Pop them in the oven for about 9-10 minutes, until they are golden but not too crispy! Dip in your favorite pizza sauce or marinara sauce. Let me know if you try them and what you think!

  • 1 package of crescent rolls
  • 7oz of firm tofu, drained and crumbled
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning blend
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegan mozzarella

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small skillet, heat olive oil and crumbled tofu.
  3. Add soy sauce and Italian seasoning, tossing until evenly mixed. Cook about 5 minutes.
  4. On baking sheet, lay out crescent roll triangles.
  5. On the wide end of the crescent roll add 1tsp of tofu mixture.
  6. Top with a pinch of vegan mozzarella.
  7. Roll up triangles and bake for 9 minutes (or until golden).
  8. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
